Future Leaders Program
About This Program
The Future Leaders Program is designed to prepare older youth participants for professional careers, leadership roles, and meaningful community impact. The program targets promising young people who have demonstrated commitment, leadership potential, and personal growth through participation in Root Foundation programs. Participants receive advanced training in leadership, professional conduct, communication, public speaking, career readiness, project management, entrepreneurship, personal branding, and community service.
Program Levels
Level 1 Future Leader Cohort 1
The Future Leaders Program is designed to prepare older youth participants for professional careers, leadership roles, and meaningful community impact. The program targets promising young people who have demonstrated commitment, leadership potential, and personal growth through participation in Root Foundation programs. Participants receive advanced training in: • Leadership development • Professional conduct • Communication and public speaking • Career readiness • Project management • Entrepreneurship • Personal branding • Community service The program seeks to raise a generation of ethical, competent, and inspirational leaders who will serve as role models for younger participants and contribute positively to society. The inaugural cohort successfully completed a one-year leadership journey from June 2025 to June 2026 and graduated equipped with skills and knowledge to pursue further education, employment, entrepreneurship, and community leadership.
